Just cleaning up some files and ran across the podcasts I sent while paddling the Cape Fear River back in 2006. I'll be doing something similar when I paddle down the Neuse River in a few weeks. Podcasts are a great way for me to give real-time info on what's happening on a trip, and are becoming much easier to post using services like Posterous and Audioboo.
